Other things to love about condo apartments include indoor parking, gym facilities, party rooms, and many times scheduled activities of all types. This is great for single people, seniors, and people persons. You never have to be lonely unless you choose to.

For single women there is the added sense of security of having on site guards, gated communities and surveillance cameras. In some buildings women can enjoy female only gyms.
